SMALL WOVEN WOOL AMERICAN FLAG ON LOOM, 50 STARS, 1960-76:
Very small, woven wool American national flag with 50 cross-hatch style stars, still on the wooden loom and with balls of yarn on the header. An unusual find with attractive graphics, the loom makes for an interesting, three-dimensional, patriotic display. The stars are very similar to small rugs that I encounter from time-to-time that were perhaps made during the same period, between 1960 and the 1976 Bicentennial of American independence.
Condition: In excellent, original condition. |
