Mustard yellow and blue Parcheesi game board, trimmed in white, with a whimsical presentation of stars and polka dots. This is one of those boards that simply grows and grows on you the more you look at it and is particularly wonderful when hung on a diagonal. Painted on a wooden plank with molded trim, the board was made around 1870. The reverse is checkers and chess, though plain and wholly unlike the front. An outstanding example.
